hello all.in case you guys didnt check the notice i wrote on the whiteboard, here's a more detailed annoucement about the flag day thing.
Flag Day organized by the Lions Home for the Elderly
Student volunteers must be 15 years and above
Event will be held on Saturday, 30/8/08.
The street collection hours are 1st shift 9.00 am - 2.00 pm and 2nd shift 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm. However, volunteers are free to choose any time between 9.00 am - 6.00 pm if interested. All CIP hours will be recorded accordingly.
(this is all the info i have)
if you do wish to go for this flag day thing, please tell me by TOMORROW 3.05pm.

VIP OPEN HOUSE PHOTO CAPTION COMPETITIONthat's right, in preparation for VIP open house 2008, SC is organizing a photo caption competition.
the ways to enter the competition are very simple and straightforward:
1. pick a photo that best describes your VIP life so far
2. give that photo a lovely caption to tell people what it means
3. email that to ip_oh@hotmail.com by wednesday, 2359
4. repeat steps 1-3 because you can send in many photos&captions as you want!
and that's it!
the three who send in the best photo&caption AND AND AND
the class that submits the most photos will stand to win attractive prizes!
the photo caption might even be displayed during open house!

okay some important announcements:
1. please tell me the locker number of the locker that you are occupying on monday.
also tell me if your locker got taken by another person and you're currently sharing a locker with another person or something.
this is so that the lovely welfare&lockers committee of the ctcouncil can BUST the rest of the lockers that are illegally occupied. or something to that extent anway.
2. we will be making a get-well-soon-board for ms toh.
the steps to doing so are very straightforward:
1st: get a small piece of colored paper (i will be giving them out on monday)
2nd: write your well wishes to ms toh on that piece of paper. (get-well-soon, we love you, etcetc)
3rd: pass them to me after you have finished writing on MONDAY ITSELF. ( i mean, come on, you'll take like what, 5minutes to finish writing? use the two-periods break to just quickly finish it and pass to me alright.)
3. lastly, good luck to all for vip open house next saturday!
