hello allum well from the results of the survey, i can tell two things:
1. a lot of people don't come to the class blog at all.
2. everyone is really busy this holidays.
therefore from the second point, i highly doubt we'll be organizing a class outing for you guys this june holidays...
really sorry about it
but we promise to have a class chalet during december.
that's why i tried, *tried*, to find out when you guys are free during december but yes i know that it's too early to tell so i decided to find out when the peak periods are first and then avoid them.
so.
from the survey, all who filled in the survey want to have a class chalet during the december holidays (and i have your names so you'd better come(: )
the first choice for the venue is: costa sands downtown east
the second choice for the venue is: changi sailing club (made a mistake in the survey, i dont think there's a yacht club=P)
here are just some brief details about the two choices for the venue:
Costa Sands Downtown East (within the vicinity of downtown east and wild wild wet) :
- Deluxe Chalet: Fully Air-conditioned
Twin beds with 2 pull-out beds
Attached bathroom
Television Set
DVD Player
Refrigerator
Hot Water Flask
Towels
(i'm not too sure about the size of the room because i haven't been there myself)
- Estimated Cost (per person) : $12 - $18
Changi Sailing Club Chalet:
- Location: Can get there from tampines bus interchange by taking bus 29 for around 30 minutes
- No description about the rooms
- Estimated Cost (per person) : $8 - $12
- Will need a changi sailing club member
the above estimated costs are for a one night stay and a barbeque.
would you all prefer 1 night or 2 nights?

a question you might ask is, what can we do at the changi sailing club chalet?
well, we can scare each other at night(:
im expecting the sand and sea there as well so we could play ball or smth as well.
although, it is rather ulu i think. and especially at night so also indicate if you can come/stay over if we have the class chalet at the changi sailing club chalet on the tagboard.
